Items must be unused and in original packaging for returns.

1. Creative Alignment (Your Sound, Your Vision)

• Every project begins with a consultation or questionnaire to capture your creative direction, mood, and sound preferences.
• Custom production is tailored to your artistic vision; however, the producer retains the right to use any unused ideas or drafts for future projects.
• Once production has started, all creative feedback must be communicated clearly through approved channels (email, DM, or session notes).

2. Full-Spectrum Studio Experience (A Studio Without Walls)

• Remote mixing, mastering, and production are provided digitally via secure transfer links.
• Technical assistance (recording setup guidance, exporting stems, etc.) is complimentary and part of the creative experience.
• Final deliverables will be provided in high-quality WAV/MP3 format unless otherwise requested.
• Payment is required before final delivery. Files are released upon completion and full payment confirmation.

3. Collaborative Evolution (We Create Together)

• Artists receive up to unlimited revisions for 30 days from the first delivery date to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Revisions beyond 30 days or after file delivery may incur a small additional fee depending on project scope.
• All collaborations remain confidential until both parties approve public posting or credits.
• Producer credit (“Produced by Adam Arrey”) is required on all releases using the purchased instrumental.

4. Ownership & Licensing

• For exclusive productions: full rights transfer to the artist after final payment.
• For non-exclusive licenses: the producer retains all rights to reuse or resell the instrumental.
• All beats and mixes remain property of the producer until full payment is made.

5. Refunds & Guarantees

• If you’re unsatisfied after 30 days of collaboration and revision, you may request a full refund.
• Refunds are not available once the final files have been delivered and confirmed as approved.

6. Communication & Turnaround

• Standard turnaround for initial delivery: 3–7 business days depending on project type.
• Communication will take place via email, Instagram DM, or the designated client portal.
• Any delays or issues must be communicated promptly so adjustments can be made.

7. Mutual Respect Clause

This is a creative partnership. I promise professionalism, clear communication, and effort to deliver industry-level quality. In return, I ask for respect of time, boundaries, and timely communication so we can bring your vision to life smoothly.
